Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mr. Mock, operated by Novosoft Labs. By creating an account, applying to a position, or otherwise using Mr. Mock, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Mr. Mock on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

Mr. Mock lets hiring teams ("Customers") create job positions, screen candidate resumes with AI, run AI-driven voice interviews, and manage a hiring pipeline. Candidates apply and interview through links Customers share — no candidate account is required.

You must provide accurate information when creating a Customer account and are responsible for activity under it, including actions taken by teammates you invite. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Mr. Mock.

You agree not to use Mr. Mock to:

• Violate any applicable employment, anti-discrimination, labor, or data protection law.
• Post job listings that are fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading.
• Attempt to access another Customer's data or bypass usage limits.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service for others.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their own hiring practices — including any decisions made with the help of Mr. Mock's AI features — comply with applicable law in the jurisdictions where they hire.

Interview questions, scoring, and candidate summaries are generated or assisted by AI models. They're intended to help a human reviewer make a faster, more consistent decision — not to replace human judgment. Mr. Mock does not itself reject, hire, or make any final employment decision about any candidate; a Customer's own team does. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and Customers should review it accordingly before relying on it.

For data about their own candidates, Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process it, and for responding to candidates' own data-rights requests where the Customer — not Novosoft Labs — is the appropriate party to act on them (for example, a candidate asking a specific employer to delete their application).

Mr. Mock offers a Free plan with usage limits and a paid Team plan at ₹499/month, billed automatically each month via Razorpay until cancelled. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change with notice on the pricing page. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and billing work.

Novosoft Labs owns Mr. Mock and all underlying software, design, and branding. Customers retain ownership of their own content (job descriptions, custom questions, branding they upload) and grant us only the license needed to host and display it as part of operating the service.

Customers may stop using Mr. Mock and cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Mr. Mock is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novosoft Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of Mr. Mock is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mr. Mock after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
