Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mr. Mock's Free plan has no charge, so nothing in this policy applies to it — there's never anything to refund or cancel.

The Mr. Mock Team Plan costs ₹499 per month, billed automatically to your card via Razorpay at the start of each monthly period until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing inside the app. Cancelling stops all future billing — it does not end your access immediately. You keep full Team-plan access for the rest of the period you already paid for, and your account reverts to the Free plan (and its limits) once that period ends.

We don't offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for a billing period that has already started — including if you cancel partway through one, forget to cancel before renewal, or simply use the plan less than expected. Cancelling before your next renewal date is the way to avoid being charged again; it does not entitle you to money back for the current period.

The one exception is a genuine billing error on our part — for example, being charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation had already taken effect. If that happens, contact us and we'll correct it.

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay will retry it; if it keeps failing, your account moves back to the Free plan. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact your bank or reach out to us directly before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve billing issues faster that way.
