Forward deployed engineer

The Forward Deployed Engineer works directly with customers to integrate our software into their environments, turning prototypes into reliable production solutions. Day‑to‑day activities include writing and adapting code that runs on client hardware or cloud platforms, building deployment pipelines, troubleshooting performance and reliability issues on site, and delivering clear documentation and training. Success is measured by smooth, repeatable deployments, rapid resolution of issues, and positive feedback from customers who can achieve their goals with minimal friction. The role also gathers real‑world usage data to inform product improvements and works closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize fixes and new features.
