About this role

The AI/ML Engineer will design, implement, and maintain machine‑learning models that power our agentic AI products. Daily work includes writing production‑grade Python code, building data pipelines, training and fine‑tuning models with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and deploying them to cloud environments using container orchestration. The engineer will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate research prototypes into reliable services, monitor model performance in production, and iterate based on real‑world feedback. Success is measured by timely delivery of scalable models, measurable improvements in key metrics, and stable, well‑documented code that can be maintained by the broader engineering team.
