Personalised Interview · Infosys Campus Drive

Livecoding,
markedhonestly.

Infosys grades you on three things: live coding, technical proficiency, and how you explain yourself under pressure. This is the only rehearsal you get before all three happen for real.

Your CV evaluated, real DSA problems in an on-screen code editor, and a downloadable report that grades your actual code — not just what you said about it.

What each step actually looks like

1 · CV evaluation

Scored against what Infosys actually looks for, with the lines on your resume that will get probed. One review, whichever package you pick.

CV score: 58/100

Risky claim flagged: “built a full ML pipeline” with no metrics stated.

2 · Live coding + interview

Real DSA problems in an on-screen code editor, plus technical and behavioral questions — talk through your approach as you write, just like the real panel expects.

// on-screen code editor
function twoSum(nums, target) {
  const seen = new Map();
  ...

“I used a hash map so lookups are O(1) instead of scanning twice.” — said out loud, scored as heavily as the code itself.

3 · Downloadable report

Your code reviewed line by line, answer-by-answer review, and a last-24-hours plan.

Live coding74/100

Fix tonight — Your solution worked but stayed at O(n²); practice reframing pair-lookup problems as a single hash-map pass.

Illustrative example — not a real candidate. Your own version is built entirely from your CV and your actual submitted code.

Why tonight and not later
  • It's a live coding round — you can't rehearse that by reading. Explaining your approach out loud while writing code is a different skill from solving it silently on paper. This is your only chance to practise both together before it counts.
  • Infosys explicitly grades how you explain yourself, not just the answer. A candidate who reasons well but doesn't finish is scored higher than one who guesses right with no explanation. Most people have never practised narrating their thinking.
  • One sitting, real stakes. There is no retry on the actual drive. The panel sees your CV either way — the only choice is whether you find the weak spots first, tonight.
Also bring tomorrow — per Infosys's own instructions
  • Original college ID + a government-issued photo ID
  • Two printed copies of your updated resume, in a file
  • Formal dress code
  • Basic stationery — paper and pens
This is a proctored assessment

You'll need to grant camera access. Your video is recorded, and your browser locally checks basic presence and attention — face in frame, facing the camera, alone in the room — the same way a real remote Infosys panel would notice. It's built as practice for that, not as a pass/fail check on you.
