Key responsibilities include scaling community reach, driving measurable impact of the initiative, organising professional events, producing thought-leadership content, and representing Kacheri Diaries at a national level with the highest professional standards.

The Chief Marketing Officer leads the company's marketing function, setting the overall strategy for brand positioning, demand generation, and customer engagement. They work with the executive team to align marketing goals with business objectives, oversee the development of multi‑channel campaigns, and ensure that spend is allocated to achieve measurable ROI. Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance dashboards, approving creative concepts, guiding product launch plans, and coaching a team of marketers across digital, content, and field functions.
